WHERE ARE YOU?

The Islander's Hideaway is one block from Front Beach, up the street off Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

We charge the per diem offered. And before your lease is final, we discuss the length of your stay, because a stay over 90 days is Mississippi sales tax free, but this has to be known before the lease is written. Yes we charge a cleaning fee.

DO YOU HAVE A WASHER DRYER?

Yes, we have a brand new laundry room with new coin operated machines. There are so few units here that you can always get time to do the wash.

PARKING?

Safe off street parking is available on the property. Each unit is assigned 2 spaces right next to the unit.

AM I SAFE HERE?

Ocean Springs is very safe and the Islander's Hideaway is in what maybe the safest and nicest part of town. If you're thinking Mayberry, you're close. It's like if Mayberry was super hip, this is that place.

YOU HAVE BIKES AND FISHING GEAR TOO?

Yes we do, please enjoy the ride. But obey the rules of the road and ride at your own risk. Wearing a helmet is up to you. Be carful.  If you fish buy a license, the only free license day in Mississippi is the Fourth of July, if it's not the 4th go get a saltwater license.

IS THE ISLANDER'S HIDEAWAY SMOKING OR NON SMOKING?

We want to be thoughtful and accommodating to everyone and hope that the feeling is mutual. While smoking isn't for me I don't judge what you do, however we do care where you do it. If you smoke please do it outside of the unit. Please be considerate and understanding and take care to throw away your cigarette butts when you know they are extinguished.

IS ISLANDER'S PET FRIENDLY?

We love all animals and realize they miss their owners as much as we miss our pets when we are apart. Are we friendly? We can be and we will consider having your pet on a case by case basis.
